Description
Experience the magic of Yellow Magic Orchestra with their second album, Solid State Survivor. This synth-disco-pop masterpiece showcases the trio’s confidence and energy, following in the footsteps of Kraftwerk’s pioneering sound. With a playful and upbeat vibe, YMO’s use of synthesizers is both varied and mesmerizing. The English lyrics, written by Chris Mosdell and sung by the band, add a touch of humor, particularly on their cover of the Beatles’ “Day Tripper.”
