Description
The 2011 split 12″ between Balance and Composure and Tigers Jaw is a must-have for fans of both bands. This collection of eight songs perfectly captures the vibrant music scene in Pennsylvania, alongside other influential bands such as Title Fight, Daylight/Superheaven, and The Menzingers. From the catchy introduction of Balance and Composure’s “Kaleidoscope” to the ethereal fan-favorite “Rope,” the energy is palpable throughout their four tracks. Tigers Jaw’s side of the split includes familiar songs like “Belongs to the Dead,” but with a full-band backing, they take on a new life. “Lodging” boasts heavy Twin Peaks influences, while “Jet Alone” is a sweet, anthemic singalong. Don’t miss out on this nostalgic time capsule from two iconic bands.
