Description

Jonathan Demme’s *Something Wild* (1986) is an offbeat blend of comedy, romance, and suspense that captures the free-spirited energy of the 1980s. Starring Jeff Daniels as a straight-laced businessman and Melanie Griffith as the unpredictable Audrey Hankel, the film takes audiences on a wild, unpredictable ride. When Charles Driggs (Daniels) meets Audrey, what starts as a spontaneous adventure quickly spirals into chaos, especially when her dangerous ex-husband (Ray Liotta) enters the picture. Full of unexpected twists and an eclectic soundtrack, *Something Wild* is a genre-defying cult classic.
