Description
Ride This Is Not A Safe Place is the band’s sixth studio album and their second since reforming in 2015 after signing to Wichita. This new silver color vinyl pressing captures the albums expansive palette, guided by Erol Alkan in the producers chair with Alan Moulder (assisted by Caesar Edmunds) on mixing. The title, inspired by a hobo code symbol once used by rail travelers and later present in early JeanMichel Basquiat artwork, resonates with todays political and environmental tensions. Musically, the record traverses a broad sonic landscape, reflecting a reunited band at the peak of its craft while pushing their sound beyond previous boundaries. This pressing delivers tactile warmth and dynamic detail that will please dedicated fans and serious collectors alike.
