Description

Regina Kings One Night in Miami is a thought-provoking drama inspired by real-life events. On the night of February 25, 1964, after winning the Heavyweight Boxing Championship, Cassius Clay (Eli Goree) gathers with Malcolm X (Kingsley Ben-Adir), Jim Brown (Aldis Hodge), and Sam Cooke (Leslie Odom Jr.) in a motel. As they reflect on their achievements and struggles, they discuss their roles in the civil rights movement and how they can make an impact on racial equality.

With powerful performances and a gripping narrative, this Criterion Collection edition brings the films significance to life.
