Description
Nas’ debut of “Illmatic” is one of the best examples of 90’s East coast hip-hop that is filled with heat, from front to back. With productions by DJ Premier and Q-Tip, tracks like “N.Y. State of Mind” “The World is Yours” “Halftime”hold up as true street classics. “It Ain’t Hard to Tell” flipping Michael Jackson’s “Human Nature” sample is one of our favorites.
