Description
Experience Mannequin Pussy’s music as a resilient and galvanizing shout that demands to be heard. With four albums under their belt, the Philadelphia rock band consisting of Colins “Bear” Regisford (bass, vocals), Kaleen Reading (drums, percussion), Maxine Steen (guitar, synths), and Marisa Dabice (guitar, vocals) creates cathartic tunes that capture the despair of our times. According to Dabice, amidst the constant chaos and intentional evil in the world, making something beautiful is a radical act. This band’s ethos is all about bringing people together. Their latest album, I Got Heaven, to be released on March 1 via Epitaph Records, is their most fully realized recording yet. With ten dynamic tracks that effortlessly blend searing punk and inviting alternative pop, the album delves into topics of desire, the power of being alone, and navigating an unfeeling and unkind world.
