Mac Demarco- Salad Days – Vinyl Record

Description

Mac Demarco’s “Salad Days” is a record that both captures and transcends its moment. It’s a record that bristles with the raw energy of youth, but also contains the seeds of Demarco’s more mature work to come. As a vinyl experience, “Salad Days” is an immersive journey into Demarco’s singular sonic universe, complete with the crackling warmth of analog recordings. Its twangy guitar lines, off-kilter rhythms, and Demarco’s signature croon all conspire to create a sound that is at once contemporary and timeless. It’s a record that wears its influences on its sleeve, but never feels derivative – instead, it’s a wholly original work that stands on its own, and continues to resonate with fans years after its release.
