Description
Lilly Hiatt returns home from tour feeling lost. Gently strumming her guitar, she wrote a collection of songs grappling with issues. Her fourth album, Walking Proof, exhibits her rock and roll exterior while embracing her tender country roots. The record reflects Hiatt’s newfound maturity, a sense of calm in the face of chaos as she discovers that sometimes, you have to let go to get what you want. With help from Lincoln Parish and friends Amanda Shires, Aaron Lee Tasjan, and father John Hiatt, Hiatt crafted an eleven-song journey. Walking Proof is Hiatt’s roadmap, for us and for herself.
