Description
As far as debut releases go, it’s hard to top Led Zeppelin’s self-titled debut ‘Led Zeppelin’ (or 1 as it would also be referred to). Recorded initially as The New Yardbirds in the UK, this blues rock album would go on to serve as the basis for the unique sounds that they would go and produce (sometimes blatantly from lifting sounds from older blues acts) and wouldbecome the source of many samples in the future). Recommended listening.
