Description
Experience the pure power of Godspeed You! Black Emperor’s second vinyl-only release features two epic songs that set the standard for their signature sprawling compositions. Side A’s “Moya” hits you with a wall of ascending scales, bursting beyond its own limits. On Side B, the 18-minute masterpiece “BBF3” showcases the band’s most emotional and intricate music yet, weaving haunting melodies around a fiery spoken-word recording (including a notorious recital of Iron Maiden-inspired verses). Recorded with Dale Morningstar at the legendary Gas Station studio in Toronto.
