Description
Revived on A Recordings for its 2019 repress on black vinyl, the Brian Jonestown Massacre’s Take It from the Man! brings you back to ’60s-era Stones, but cranked up with a gritty, swaggering R&B-influenced rock. Brimming with assuredness and attitude, frontman Anton Newcombe is an absolute master of each delirious moment, embodying a half-madman, half-shaman whose presence verges on the throne. Originally released on CD in ’96, this 180-gram vinyl classic is not to be missed!
