+’Justments is an album released by Bill Withers in 1974, during the height of his career as a soul singer. Withers chose members of the Watts 103rd Street Rhythm Band, a well-known funk group, as his backing band. The album showcases Withers’ unique soulful voice, with tracks that are both introspective and socially conscious. The album’s songs explore topics like the Vietnam War, the civil rights movement, and the struggles of everyday life.

Withers’ previous albums, Just As I Am and Still Bill, had been hugely successful, and + ‘Justments continued his streak of critically acclaimed albums. The album features standout tracks like “The Same Love That Made Me Laugh” and “Can We Pretend”, and showcases Withers’ talent for combining soul, blues, and funk into a sound that was uniquely his own. + ‘Justments is a must-have for fans of Bill Withers and classic soul music.
