Description
With a musical career spanning two decades, ADULT. has become a prominent figure in the independent music scene, collaborating with notable labels such as Thrill Jockey, Kill Rock Stars, Ghostly International, and Mute. Their unique blend of darkwave and synth-pop, characterized by synthesizer stabs and sparse drum machine rhythms, creates icy and precise soundscapes. The vinyl record captures the duo in rare form, featuring the unexpected addition of audience laughter and a light fuzz from their fog machine. Additionally, two new tracks, Misshaped and Does the Body Know?, make their debut on this release, solidifying ADULT.’s longevity and mastery as musicians.
