A Brighter Summer Day [Blu Ray] [The Criterion Collection] [Arrives in 30 Days]

Description

Five Easy Pieces (Blu-ray) is a landmark of 1970s American cinema, starring Jack Nicholson in one of his most defining roles. Directed by Bob Rafelson and originally released in 1970, the film tells the story of Robert Dupea a disaffected oil rig worker hiding his past as a classical pianist. When a family crisis calls him back home, Robert is forced to confront his fractured identity, failed relationships, and unfulfilled potential. Gritty, poetic, and emotionally raw, this Criterion release presents the film with a pristine restoration and thoughtful bonus features.
