Description
Snakes and Ladders, Gerry Rafferty’s fourth album that first came out in 1980, has received an exciting new remaster on vinyl at half-speed by the talented Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios! This special technique enhances the audio quality by allowing double the time to record the intricate mechanical groove. The album features the beautiful track ‘The Garden of England’, which was recorded at the iconic AIR studio in Montserrat, famously known for housing Beatles producer George Martin. Youll also find ‘Johnny’s Song’, a delightful remake of a beloved tune originally released by Gerry’s previous band, Stealers’ Wheels.
