Building on the success of their 1996 album “Hot,” Squirrel Nut Zippers joyfully released their holiday album, Christmas Caravan, in 1998. With a focus on original songs, the band crafted an unconventional album that celebrates swing and hot jazz, adding a touch of ironic humor while honoring the rich musical legacy. Christmas Caravan is a delightful experience, thanks to their energetic performances and heartfelt songwriting.
