Description
Teethe presents Magic Of The Sale, a Purple Dusk Color Vinyl Record that captures a soft but steely full-length from the Texas band. Four distinct songwriters, singers, and artists ask interlocked questions about building a life in a time of shared collapse, yielding a sad and beautiful self-built world of Southern slowcore where the four members lean on one another and drift forward together.
Following Teethes 2020 self-titled debut, Magic Of The Sale expands their toolkit with guest collaborators (Xandy Chelmis of Wednesday, MJ Lenderman, Charlie Martin of Hovvdy) and a meticulous four-month mix by Boone Patrello, funneling diverse visions into one cohesive record. The result is a deeply layered, collaborative work that makes the weight of the world feel a little lighter, anchored by existential blues and twilit harmonies. The Purple Dusk vinyl offers a warm, tactile listenan essential addition for fans of Southern slowcore and indie rock with a craft-forward approach.
