Description
This is a brand-new, still-sealed copy of the album “Open All Night” It is a classic rock album from the 1980s, and finding a new, sealed copy is certainly a rarity.
The album was found during one of our record hunts in Holland and is special because it’s unopened! Years ago, it was overstocked, indicated by a small cut or mark on its cover or barcode. This was a common practice in the music industry to prevent these records from being sold back at full price. Often called “cut-out” vinyl.
These markings could take different forms. They might be a small hole or a notch cut into the album cover, or a line marked through the barcode. These days, these cut-out marks can even add to the vintage charm and the story behind the record.
Enjoy your rare find! It’s always exciting to come across pieces of music history like this.
