Description
Creedence Clearwater Revival‘s third studio album, Green River, released in the summer of 1969, is CCR’s first No. 1 LP and a defining moment in swamp rock.
This pressing arrives on striking green smoke color vinyl, adding a vivid collectible twist to a classic album. The tonal warmth and punch of CCR’s gritty guitars and John Fogerty’s unmistakable vocals shine through, delivering the Americana storytelling that fans cherish.
Including the enduring hits Bad Moon Rising and the title track Green River (both reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100), along with chestnut tracks such as Lodi, this record encapsulates the band’s knack for catchy hooks and rugged arrangements.
Rolling Stone ranked Green River among the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time in 2003, underscoring its lasting influence. This color-variant pressing is a standout for collectors and an immersive listening experience for longtime fans, offering both nostalgia and tonal clarity on every side.
