Belair Lip Bombs – Lush Life – Vinyl Record

Description

If debut albums act as a gateway and first impression, The Belair Lip Bombs introductory work offers a rich and emotive glimpse into the band, showcasing strong songwriting and a passion for their craft.

The first album from the Naarm/Melbourne indie group, titled Lush Life, features ten tracks that evoke exploration and storytelling, encompassing themes of longing, the pursuit of new horizons, and the search for satisfaction and self-fulfillment. This record showcases beautiful indie songwriting led by Maisie Everett (guitar, keys, vocals) and supported by an accomplished trio: Mike Bradvica (guitar), Liam De Bruin (drums), and Jimmy Droughton (bass). With standout singles like Stay Or Go, Gimme Gimme, and Say My Name, Lush Life serves as an ideal introduction for newcomers, while longtime fans will find a rewarding experience from a band that has gracefully charted their evolution through music and performances over the past three years.
