Description
End, Explosions in the Sky’s enigmatic new album, erupted from darkness into a fierce, dramatic, and wild reflection on life and death. The band described the album as, “[starting] from the concept of an endingdeath, or the end of a friendship or relationship… [which] can mean a stop, but it can also mean a beginning.” End is perhaps the band’s most epic album yet – blending their early tenderness and crushing emotion with expansive exploration and intricate experimentation (incorporating their burgeoning film and television scoring accomplishments).
