The Lumineers’ album III soars with electrifying emotion and a darker tone. The band takes us through three chapters and introduces the fictitious Sparks family across three generations. Its concept was crafted amidst the Catskills where producer Simone Felice resides. III pairs its impassioned themes with their signature acoustic sound and resonant vocals. Multi-instrumentalist Jeremiah Fraites remarks, “This collection is magical, and with this album we’ve truly reached our peak.” Frontman Wesley Schultz also comments on lead single “Gloria,” “It speaks to the love an addict and their family share.”
